packages, featured profiles, or any other paid services are non-refundable
under normal circumstances, including:
If you do not find a suitable match.
If your profile is suspended due to
violation of terms and conditions.
If you choose to discontinue using our services after payment.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the
following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged
more than once for the same service due to a technical error.
Payment Failure with Deduction: If the
payment is deducted but the service is not activated.
In such cases, users must notify us within 7 days from the date of transaction by emailing us at team@rishtewale.in with relevant payment proof.

The amount will be credited back to the
